How do you think Matt Moore will do this season as Carolina Panthers starting QB? How long do you think it will be before Jimmy Clausen takes over the starting position? I was thinking of drafting Matt Moore for my fantasy team this year. I don't know where I pick because we don't have our draft until Aug. 28.
